Thanks Duke.
Mr. Courtney, I just listened to your “No Fly Zone†interview and really enjoyed it. I was disappointed at the jokes the hosts were making before the interview, but was really glad that by the end of the interview they were all very serious about the subject. I was also surprised the one host recalled his sighting. I don’t think they expected a guest to express themselves with the professionalism and knowledge about the subject of sasquatch as you did, you really de-railed the negativity. Great job. Thank-you for posting the link. Joyce
The topic is a little different than most people expect for Central Illinois. My hope is always that some local witnesses will contact me privately with their own sightings. I also was surprised that Sam was a witness. Thanks.
Hi Stan, Saturday I was out with a friend in Seneca il. We got out of my truck on Dupont road so she could have a cigarette when she asked me if I heard that sound? She said it sounded like a pack of dogs. I did not hear it, she heard it about 3 or 4 times. A few minutes latter when I got back into my truck I heard it also. It sounded like there were 3 different individuals, all making short whoo, whoo, whoo sounds all at the same time. It sounded muffled like they were down in a gully. Prior to her hearing it I gave out a couple of whooping sounds that I heard out there on a few different occasions in the past. This time they sounded like they were maybe excited or nervous. It was starting to get dark so we left. This was near the explosives factory going west where it is a 90degree turn in the road. We were parked on the west side of the road the sound was coming from the east side of the road. There is an old fireplace there but we could not see anything else.
Reading Mary's comment reminded me of hearing stories about sightings of the "Dupont monster" when riding on that road with friends from high school in the 70s. they've been witnessed in that area for years.
