Three Voices

Three Voices

I started recording 24/7 on the 23rd of May 2005 where I lived along Horse Creek in Central Illinois. I did not record anything suspicious for the first six weeks. Then on the night of the 9th of July 2005 I recorded about an hour of unusual sounds that were so far away and so weak that they were barely audible. When sounds are down in the noise level of the sound file it is very difficult to filter and clean up the sounds. Within that hour of strange sounds were three segments that came through a little clearer. I am assuming it was by the same individual. I found the voices odd and “the speech” unintelligible.

    I hear at 1:09 mark:

"Heyyy shut your lights out uhaaugh!"

Very fast. The "uhaaugh" has got me scratching my head. Lotta breath to yell and end with that exclamation point.

Things I might be hearing faintly unless commented otherwise: 8 second mark, 26-27 sec mark, 33 sec "uoh!" (not so faint), 40 sec "uoh!", 45 sec "wha!" not so faint, 47 sec mark "oowuh", 50 sec, 1:40 mark "ook-uah!" (Fast, not so faint), 1:41 "ranh!", 1:56+ "oh lo wy".

The duck (I'm assuming) seems to be yakking it up "after" the vocalizations, except for the loud vocal at 1:09 where the duck is heard first.

Just throwing my perceptions out there; but, the 1:09 holler sounds like the devil doll.

Hate how people belittle this subject. I am looking forward to spring Turkey hunts. I have heard knocks there in the past few years but had no idea what it was. Hope to get some video.
