Witness Statement:

July 2011 - I have to share an experience I had a few years ago in my back yard. It was the middle of the night. I live in a very wooded area or rural Rochester. You can walk to the river from my back yard. I got up to let my two dogs out and when I opened the back door, there was a sound coming from the woods - a low, deep, gutteral half moan-half howl sound.Not human, not dog, cat or coyote. It was too big of a noise & I know what they all sound like. This sounded like a demon possessed woman in labor--lotta pain or something. Just eerie. The hair raised up on my dogs, their ears were up..they were very concerned--never barked but decided they didn't have to go potty afterall and moved quickly to get back inside the trailer. I don't know what it was that I heard. It scared me though. I had read on your site about a man that had heard noises like this too. I will freak if I ever look out there and see it !!!
