Witness Statement:

Her X works on cell phone towers, and in early November 2005, he and his partner were about 300 foot up a tower off of I-80 in the Seneca area. They noticed what they immediately thought was a bigfoot come out of the woods and cross a small road. They described the BF as 1/2 the height of the 25 foot telephone poles with arms that hung almost to the knee. They knew it was not a man, because of the sheer size "about as big as a car" It crossed the road to another tree line, and as a car passed by it turned and looked at the car and then proceeded into the woods. They were not noticed on the cell tower.
