Witness Statement:

Encountered a teenager that had an experience on Friday afternoon, 4^th of June 2021, in southern Adams County. What they thought was a tree in a ravine started walking away. They said it was a shaded area, and whatever they saw was solid black and huge, moving on two legs. Within minutes, they got a severe headache and felt drained. Not the first time I’ve heard this headache scenario. Refused to talk about things after that…

They were a passenger in a car driving through Siloam Springs State Park. They said whatever it was was way too big to be a person. It wasn’t close to any trails. I was camping in the park.
